Unlike other websites, Constant Emails is a straightforward mass email platform. Our methods to create powerful email campaigns may be quick and simple, but the results are very professional! We offer features such as:

Security

Your mailing lists uploaded to send bulk emails using our email engine are safe and secure (our website has a built-in 256-bit data encryption) and only you have access to your mailing list (not even our admin). Your credit card information submitted for payment is processed by Authorize.net through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is designed to ensure safety and security of sensitive information. Your credit card information IS NOT STORED on our website or server.

Importing Your Contacts

There are two ways in which you can upload your contacts, either import them or manually enter them. Importing your contacts is best if you have mass amounts of contacts in a file. You can easily import your existing lists using CSV, Microsoft Access*, Microsoft Excel 97-2003 (.xls), and Microsoft Excel 2007-present (.xlsx) In the case of only adding one or more contacts, you can manually do it by filling up the details in a simple form.

 List Management

 Our list management tools help you keep your contacts organized, they will allow you to:

• Compile lists of similar contacts grouped by interests, demographics, behavior, or any field you decide.
•  Send out marketing campaigns to contacts you intend to reach. 
• Create and store as many of these lists as you need. 
• Expand your email list with our sign-up form. Place it on your website and watch as new contacts are added to your lists automatically. 
• Clean your email list of bounces and invalid addresses with our list cleanup tools. Our email address validation will purge invalid addresses from your lists before you even send out an email.
• Target your emails to the audiences’ specific interests, locations, industries and more.

Email Creation

Express your creativity with eye catching and appealing email campaigns!

Creating emails is quick and easy with our email editor, with it you can do the following:

 

• Specify what colors and fonts to use. 
• Choose from one of our professional templates to design your email or create your own custom template.
• Preview the email before you send.
• Upload important attachments to your emails Visual examples of templates. 

 Manage your campaigns.

• Personalize your email campaign with your company logo and style to reflect your corporate image. 
• Program your emails to display your own “from name” so that your recipients recognize you as the sender.
• Expand the reach of your campaign with our “forward to a friend” option.
• Direct traffic to your website by adding a link to it in your emails.

Deliverability

• Schedule when you would like your email campaigns to be sent.  Our system lets you specify certain dates and times in the future so you do not have to worry about doing it later.
  
• Schedule the campaigns to go out on a recurring basis. 
• Arrange for auto responders and follow up emails to be sent in response to certain actions taken by your recipients. If they open an email, clink on a link, or make a transaction, they will receive another email or reminder related to that topic. 

Rely on us to deliver your email with a high success rate. We take precautions to make sure your emails make it to your customers’ inboxes and don’t get classified as spam. We also have an email address validation system which can verify the email addresses on your list. This results in fewer bounced emails.

Statistics / Reports

Uncover the results of your email marketing campaigns: 

• We offer complete message reporting, including information on opens and click-thru rates.
• You are able to view statistics detailing deliveries, opens, bounces, unsubscribes, and click-thrus.
• You can also track which recipients clicked on which embedded links and how many recipients forwarded your emails to a friend.

All these reports can be exported into Microsoft Excel spread sheets.  They can also be exported into a text file to compare the statistics of your campaigns to see which ones performed best.  You can also refer back to old campaigns that are kept in your archive.
